I started from the bottom line as a front desk trainee to Revenue & Reservations Manager in 5-star hotels during the past 20 years of my career.
I love the hospitality industry, meeting new people, being able to help and see them happy with the service. Accomplishing and being able to solve guests’ problems while handling several tasks at the same time, which is also challenging and keeps you busy learning, make me happy.

My passions

I love to go to the beach, enjoying the sunset and looking forward to the next sunrise. 
I am passionate about helping others genuinely with my heart and making them smile again.

At Hotello since 2018

When talking on the phone, my accent doesn’t lie about my homeland: Brazil. I trained there in the hotel industry and started my career in the hotel industry with the Accor Group. I then moved to Montreal where I reinforced my computer training. I joined Hotello in 2018 in customer service where my skills in Information Technology allow me to assist hoteliers, in particular with the installation of interfaces or other start-up of Hotello in the Cloud.

My passions

I love the culture of my native country and share traditional recipes with my colleagues. I love going back to Brazil on vacation to visit my family and rediscover all the flavors of this culture that is so dear to my heart.

At Hotello since 2018

I spend my days on the phone answering every question you may have. I had several experiences in hotels in Europe and Canada, and I then joined the Hotello customer service team to help hoteliers with Hotello on a day-to-day basis.

My passions

I like to discover new cultures, especially through their cuisines and traditional dishes. This is what I appreciate very much in Montreal, to find restaurants from every origin that allow us the time for a moment to travel in a new culinary culture.

For Hotello’s customer support since 2012

After my training in hospitality at the ITHQ (Institut de Tourisme et d’Hôtellerie du Québec), I carried out several professional experiences in the hospitality industry in Australia. I joined Hotello support as soon as I returned to Canada. Over time and with the arrival of Hotello on the cloud and the different connectivity, I am accumulating a wealth of technological knowledge to assist and guide you with the use of Hotello.

My passions

The environmental cause is very close to my heart. I am involved with associations that help prevent food waste and waste recycling. On sunny winter days, I enjoy going downhill skiing on the most beautiful slopes in Quebec!
