What you already have:
- A nice-looking secretariat or office work degree;
- Bilinguism (french and english);
- The ability to assess priorities;
- The ability to write without error (with a bit of help from software);
- Knowledge of Quickbooks (a bonus);
- Willingness to work with a dynamic team;
- The ability to work in a team, but also autonomously;
- The love of phone calls and contact with the client;

Your tasks would look like:
- Data entry in accounting software;
- Updating client information in our accounting software;
- Send statmenets of account to new clients;
- Classify our customers and suppliers files in our office;
- Scan / digitize documents for our client files;
- File orders for office furniture and materials for our clients;
- Manage vacations requests from our employees;
- Update informations in our ticket management software;
- Export clients lists;
- Make monthly reports for the support team;
- Screen the 1st line phone calls;
- Create support tickets.
