At Hotello since 2012
After several years in the hotel industry in the largest hotels in Montreal, I joined the Hotello team in the customer service department. Quickly I travelled to many destinations as I became the software trainer for new clients. After several years of working with clients in their establishments and being as close as possible to their needs, I became product manager for Hotello in order to align the development teams with up-to-date solutions.
My passions
I am an outdoors person first and foremost. My pleasure is to go camping by a lake with my stand up paddle board and some friends. Long hikes or snowshoe hikes in the winter in new places are also a passion of mine that allow me to enjoy the outdoors. The different music festivals are also an interest for me and I rush every year to book my tickets as soon as possible.

At Hotello since 2004
Hotello has no secrets for me. Neither do its business rules and connectivities. Since 2004, I have seen Hotello evolve with the same guiding principle: making hoteliers’ daily life easier by automating as many tasks as possible. I assess the feasibility of all of our client’s requests, and this is what keeps me closest to the needs of hoteliers over time.
My passions
I knit as fast as Hotello calculates your performance indicators, it’s my favorite hobby. As a good Mediterranean family, my children as well as my grandchildren are my pride. Nevertheless, I remain very attached to French culture, so if sometimes you do not understand my expressions, please tell me. It will be my pleasure to share my best stories with you!

I don’t fear new challenges
Originally from Tahiti in French Polynesia, I discovered Montreal while continuing my studies at HEC Montreal, in marketing and international affairs. The desire to learn encourages me to join emlyon business school and obtain my Master in digital transformation. It was in 2020 that I decided to come back to Montreal and join the Hotello marketing team! Since then, I have supported hoteliers in their marketing strategy and shared my expertise through targeted content on new hotel trends, customer experience and social networks.
My passions
I am very passionate about swimming. I have also participated in several competitions including the 6 hours of Papeete. During this social competition, I was able to complete 20 kilometers in 6 consecutive hours. Fostering a sustainable lifestyle, I also like to make handmade soaps made with natural ingredients, respectful of the environment and above all with the sweet scents of my native island. Winter is not my favorite season, but I know how to appreciate the beautiful summer weather and never get tired of discovering the beauty of Canada.

After my training in hospitality at the ITHQ (Institut de Tourisme et d’Hôtellerie du Québec), I carried out several professional experiences in the hospitality industry in Australia. I joined Hotello support as soon as I returned to Canada. Over time and with the arrival of Hotello on the cloud and the different connectivity, I am accumulating a wealth of technological knowledge to assist and guide you with the use of Hotello.
My passions
The environmental cause is very close to my heart. I am involved with associations that help prevent food waste and waste recycling. On sunny winter days, I enjoy going downhill skiing on the most beautiful slopes in Quebec!

Onboardings of PMs hold no secrets for me
Since 2020, I am the Customer success director at Hotello. I am pleased to follow our customers from the installation of Hotello, to improving their PMS with additional connectivity and other add-ons. I enjoy seeing Hotello help clients who have growing needs to evolve. My professional experiences and my expertise mean that hotel software installations no longer hold any secrets for me. Before setting up Hotello, I was carrying out Opera’s locations in North America and the UK.
My passions
My 2 boys are one of my main passions, and I could talk about them all day long and discuss parenting adventures on every call. I also enjoy traveling, especially to the Azores where I am lucky enough to frequently spend my summer vacations there. This destination introduced me to fresh caught fish and thus my love for tartars and other specialties of this magnificent destination.

I love to implement new methods and approaches to Hotello
My passion for design gives me an objective and rigorous perspective on the design of Hotello’s user interface so that it is modern, intuitive and easy to use. By keeping a direct contact with hoteliers, I can see the trends happening and share them with Hotello’s team so that the software is always ahead of the trends. Discovering Design Thinking during an entrepreneurial seminar allowed me to improve many points within Hotello’s teams and our development approach.
My passions
Other than Quebec, Italy is a passion in itself for me. I always enjoy my stay when I visit, but I also love this country for its wine and food. Gastronomy is a strong passion, whether it is to create new recipes with local products or to taste hand-roasted coffee.
I also have a strong taste for art and design since I have been immersed in it since my childhood. I like to walk the corridors of the various exhibitions, especially during my travels.
Whether it is at work or in my personal life, respect for the environment and sustainable practices are important to me.
