I grew up in France, my mother tongues are French and English. I graduated from a Bachelor in Business Administrations and I acquired many experiences regarding the deployment of self check-in solutions.
I am now working as a Customer success specialist – Check-in solutions at Hotello and I am in charge of the deployment of hospitality ecosystems in connection with check-in solutions.
My passions
I am a person with many passions! I love spending time with my family and friends. I enjoy running, hiking and traveling around the world. Cooking, engineering, watchmaking and design are also part of my interests.

I have been in the hotel industry for the past 11 years. During that time, I had the opportunity to work in many different departments such as Front Desk, Customer Service, Accounting, Management and Human Resources, to name a few.
It was time for a change and I was excited about a new career experience, this is why I decided to join the amazing team of Hotello’s Customer Success. Although Hotello isn’t new to me as I have worked with it for more than 10 years, I still have the great enjoyment to pursue my work in the hospitality field.
My passions
I love arts and being crafty, from making candles and soaps to relaxing with creating digital drawings. I appreciate learning and experiencing new technologies and I am also passionate about cooking. I’m always looking for new recipes and I enjoy trying them with my family.

I have several experiences in the hospitality industry, event management and coaching. I have held various positions in the hospitality and restaurant industry in both operations and management. I joined Hotello’s team in June 2021 in the Customer Success department to help customers get started with the software.
My passions
Pastry is a great passion of mine and I devote many hours to it in my free time. I love to experiment with new recipes and refine my pastry techniques for the pleasure of my family and colleagues. My blog is also one of my favorite things to do, it is where I enjoy discussing my life as an expatriate since I am originally from the South West of France. I also share my travels or other subjects that are close to my heart.

Onboardings of PMs hold no secrets for me
Since 2020, I am the Customer success director at Hotello. I am pleased to follow our customers from the installation of Hotello, to improving their PMS with additional connectivity and other add-ons. I enjoy seeing Hotello help clients who have growing needs to evolve. My professional experiences and my expertise mean that hotel software installations no longer hold any secrets for me. Before setting up Hotello, I was carrying out Opera’s locations in North America and the UK.
My passions
My 2 boys are one of my main passions, and I could talk about them all day long and discuss parenting adventures on every call. I also enjoy traveling, especially to the Azores where I am lucky enough to frequently spend my summer vacations there. This destination introduced me to fresh caught fish and thus my love for tartars and other specialties of this magnificent destination.
